Next Chapter – Commercial Real Estate

In Real Estate

I started my first company, FEWDM, in 2010 and have been “all in” for the past 8 years. It was one of the best times of my life! I was very fortunate to grow the company with my wife, best friends, and investors who all believed in me. I had a lot of great experiences and learned some very valuable lessons. I was a true entrepreneur, teaching myself many skills that one would learn in an MBA program or continuing education courses.

I will always continue to put time and effort into fitness, and fashion which are two big passions of mine. I’ll continue to work with start-ups with Facebook marketing, content creation, and other digital marketing strategies… And probably launch another start-up on the side at some point lol :-). It’s time to focus my attention, effort, and passion into a new career. I will be combing my entrepreneurial spirit, digital marketing expertise, and sales talent to commercial real estate. Andrew Danner at Windfield Real Estate & Development has offered me an opportunity to advance my professional career.

Windfield Real Estate’s mission is to continually explore new ideas and technology, to make the development, sales, and leasing of commercial real estate faster, easier, and less costly to its customers.  I’m not sure how long this will take to learn but I’ve been around real estate all my life. My grandparents owned a real estate company called “Weber Real Estate” for over 50 years in Kearney, MO. I’m excited to follow the family business and apply all the valuable lessons I learned in my first start-up.

To get to the next level in life we are always looking for that next door of opportunity to open. When we fortunate to receive this opportunity, it is up to us and our own ability to take advantage of it. It’s rare when we get both the door of opportunity and a person who not only opens the door for us but is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we get through that door successfully. Our ability to recognize the difference between these two doors of opportunity could have a dramatic positive impact on the rest of your life. I’m very thankful for this amazing opportunity!
